Lisa London and Catherine Stroud have a casting career together that expands over twenty-five years. They have discovered and/or cast many notable actors and actresses early in their careers who have all gone on to become stars; such as Miley Cyrus in Hannah MontanaJonah Hill in Grandma’s Boy, Emma Stone, Katharine McPhee, and Kat Dennings in House BunnySelena Gomez in the Disney pilot of What’s Stevie Thinking, Jennifer Aniston in her first feature, Leprechaun, Mark Ruffalo in the CBS series, Due SouthAdrian R. Mante and Megan Hilty, in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and Yari Shahidi in The First Family.

Catherine and Lisa have cast a large number of successful television shows such as Hit The Floor for VH1, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and Hannah Montana pilot on the Disney Channel, Arliss on HBO, Roseanne on ABC, Supah Ninjas on Nickelodeon and Get A Life on Fox. They also recently cast a pilot for TBS, Three Loco and The Story of Our Times (The Trevor Moore Project) for Comedy Central. They recently completed a new series for Go90 and Entertainment One, Millennial Mafia which begins airing summer 2018.

Some of the movies they have cast are House Bunny, Grandma’s Boy and Sandy Wexler for Happy Madison Productions, Stepfather for Screen Gems.

They have completed a number of independent feature films includingThrough the Glass Darkly starring Robyn Lively, Shanola Hampton, Michael Trucco and a very talented supporting cast, The Poison Rose starring John Travolta, Morgan Freeman, and Famke Janssen and Freaks starring Emilie HirschBruce Dern and Amanda Crew.

Catherine Stroud grew up in Toronto and was a children’s theater director before moving to Los Angeles and getting into casting. Lisa grew up in show business and got her start in casting from working with her father, Jerry London who is a very well known television director.

What do Lisa and Catherine enjoy most about casting? “We both love discovering new talent and putting together an awesome ensemble of actors  in collaboration with our producers and directors. Plus, we have this ability to see potential in talent. We really like actors and want them to do a great audition and have much success.”
